Russell graduated from the Nanyang Technological University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Mechanical and Production Engineering degree. He started his career with Micron Semiconductor as a Thinfilm Engineer for 3 years before moving into the Executive Search Industry.

Spending his first 7 years in a Regional Retainer Search firm, Russell helped clients to fulfill placements across Asia, across Industrial, Semiconductor, Electronics, and other industries. The roles he placed are across all functions and all levels, from VP, GM, Directors, to R&D and Specialist roles. Russell has also helped clients to handle turnkey hirings for their startups in Asia, namely Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia and China. He was also the Country Manager of Taiwan for 2 years.

In 2010, Russell founded One Search Consulting, a Regional Executive Search firm with offices in Singapore and Hong Kong. One Search Consulting has a team of industry focused consultants who are knowledgeable in their segments, and work on mid to senior level placements across Asia.

Julie obtained her Bachelor of Business (majoring in International Business and Marketing) from the University of Technology, Sydney (Australia). She began her career in research and marketing and has served in organizations in Australia and United States. She has extensive project management and consulting experience where she has managed several large scale integrated projects and business consulting process assignments for clients across various industries.

On returning to Singapore, Julie joined the executive search industry in 2003. Her specific experience includes retained search and executive search for mid to senior level positions for the Asia Pacific regions. Her experience extends across Banking and Finance, Retail, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Education/Publication, Real Estate and Professional Services. She has successfully recruited a broad range of roles with a focus on senior level positions.

Julie’s understanding of recruitment has enabled her to develop long-standing and loyal relationships with companies across a range of industries, assisting them with all of their recruitment and recruitment-related needs. Julie is passionate about developing a world-class recruitment platform and providing workable solutions to both clients and candidates alike.
